利用既有结构的等代锚杆支护体系在基坑设计中的应用

摘要 江门珑湖湾项目位于广东省江门市蓬江区,项目分两期开发,一期地下室一层,二期地下室两层。在一二期地下室交接部位的基坑支护设计中,结合基坑自身特点,提出了利用既有结构的等代锚杆支护体系,避免采用桩撑或者桩锚体系,降低了工程造价,缩短了工期。基坑监测及现场巡查均显示基坑支护设计是成功的,且基坑支护结构未对外侧既有结构产生不良影响。 Longhuwan project is located in Pengjiang district of Jiangmen city,Guangdong Province.The project is developed in two phases.One floor basement is designed in the first phase while two floor basement in the second phase.Based on the detailed analysis of the foundation excavation,an equivalent anchor supporting system is designed at the boundary between the two basements in different phases to avoid the use of the elliptical inner supports or the anchor system.The supporting system design reduces the cost,and the construction period is shortened.The results of the construction monitoring and site inspection indicate that the supporting system is controlled in allowable design range,and the excavation does not affect the outboard existing structure.
