艾瑞昔布超前镇痛对全髋关节置换术患者术后早期康复的影响

Effect of preemptive analgesia with imrecoxib on early postoperative rehabilitation in patients underwent total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨艾瑞昔布超前镇痛对全髋关节置换术(THA)患者术后早期康复的影响。方法 91例THA患者随机分为两组:A组47例,术前服用艾瑞昔布100mg;B组44例,术前未服用任何止痛药物。两组术后均服用艾瑞昔布100mg,每天2次。采用VAS疼痛评分和髋关节Harris评分评价临床疗效,并记录术后不良反应的发生情况。结果 A组术后第1天VAS疼痛评分低于B组(P<0.05)。A组术后3个月髋关节Harris评分高于B组(P<0.05)。两组术后便秘、尿潴留、发热和恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论术前服用艾瑞昔布能明显减轻THA患者术后早期疼痛,促进患者早期康复,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia with imrecoxib on the early postoperative rehabilitation in the patients underwent total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 91 patients underwent THA was randomly divided into two groups.The patients in group A(47 cases)were orally administrated imrecoxib 100 mg before operation,which was not in group B(44 cases)as the control.The patients in groups of A and B were taken imrecoxib 100 mg twice a day after operation.The clinical outcomes were evaluated by VAS pain score and Harris hip score.The postoperative adverse responses were recorded as well.Results The VAS pain score on the 1 st day after operation was lower in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).Compared with group B,Harris hip score in the 3 rd month after operation was increased in group A(P<0.05).The incidences of constipation,urinary retention,fever,nausea and vomiting in group A were similar to those in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of imrecoxib before operation in the patients undergoing THA can obviously alleviate the early postoperative pain and promote the early rehabilitation without increasing the incidence of adverse responses.
