城际铁路地下隧道无砟道床隆起整治技术 被引量:2

摘要 随着高速铁路建设不断发展,地下长大隧道的规模和数量也在日益增加。无砟整体道床在隧道结构中的应用,在很大程度上改善了线路轨下基础的受力问题。但是,当投入运营后,受地质水文条件或设计问题等因素影响,道床隆起病害时有发生,对营业线运营安全影响较大。莞惠城际地下矿山法隧道在运营期间出现无砟道床隆起,针对该病害,从分析无砟道床隆起产生的原因入手,通过采用打设泄压孔、注浆填充、植筋锚固等技术措施进行整治的方法,最终治愈了隆起病害,确保了列车运营安全。 With the development of high-speed railway construction,the scale of underground tunnels are increasing.The application of the ballastless integrated track in the tunnel structure has greatly improved the stress problem of sub-rail foundation.However,affected by the geological hydrological conditions or design problems,the track-bed uplift has occurred frequently after operation,which has a great impact on the operation safety of the business line.The ballastless track uplift was existed when excavating tunnel by mining methood in Dongguan Huizhou Intercity Railway.In this paper,the causes were analyzed,and through the use of the technical measures such as laying out the pressure relief hole,filling the grouting,bar planting and anchoring,the disease was finally cured which ensured the safety of train operation.
