摘要
盾构隧道里采用外置槽道是一项新型技术,也是对盾构隧道技术深入认知和探索后的延伸性的技术突破。外置槽道技术正在取代传统的打孔锚栓工艺,并且与预埋槽道技术相比又具有显著的性价比优势。结合福州地铁2号线,介绍了管片外置槽道技术的优点和特征,并利用Abaqus有限元仿真软件建立荷载结构模型分析;分别对不同情形下的盾构管片状态进行结构计算,从而验证外置槽道技术在盾构管片上应用的可行性和安全性,也证实了外置槽道满足地铁隧道里设备安装的受力要求。
The use of non-embedded groove in shield tunnel is a new technology,and it is also a technical breakthrough after the in-depth understanding and exploration of shield tunnel technology.This technology is replacing the traditional holing anchor bolt technology,and has significant cost performance advantages compared with the embedded channel technology.In this paper,combined with the project of Fuzhou Metro Line 2,the advantages and characteristics of nonembedded groove for segment were introduced,and the load structure model analysis was established by using Abaqus finite element simulation software.In order to verify the feasibility and safety of the technology applied to shield segment,the structural calculation of shield segments under different conditions was carried out respectively,and it was also proved that the non-embedded groove could meet the requirements of the equipment installation in subway tunnel.
