基于共词分析的男同性恋人群艾滋病防治领域研究热点

Hotspots of research on AIDS prevention and control among MSM based on a co-word clustering analysis

目的了解近十年全球男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病防治领域的研究热点。方法 2007年1月1日至2016年12月31日PubMed收录的相关领域文章为资料来源,提取高频主题词,采用BICOMB2软件做出高频主题词的词篇矩阵,并利用SPSS 24.0软件进行聚类分析,从而对文献进行归纳与总结。结果共检索到有效文献5 042篇,得到高频主题词40个,聚类分析后共得出以下7个热点:艾滋病高危行为、相关肛门疾病、医疗健康服务、相关歧视及心理健康状况、社会支持、艾滋病合并感染研究、艾滋病的流行病学研究。结论目前全球对男同性恋艾滋病防治领域研究主要集中在高危性行为干预、相关疾病治疗及健康服务、心理健康及社会支持以及艾滋病流行病学研究。

Objective To map the hotpots of research on AIDS prevention and control among men who have sex with men(MSM)based on co-ward clustering analysis in the last ten years. Methods Articles related to the topic and published on PubMed from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016 were included in the study.High frequency MeSHs and co-word matrix were extracted by BICOMB2,and using SPSS 24.0 to analyze the data by clustering dendrogram. Results 5 042 literatures were included,and 40 high frequency MeSHs were extracted.Seven hotpots were found as the results of clustering dendrogram,including high risky sexual behavior of MSM,health service of HIV positive gay men,homosexuality related anal diseases,HIV coinfection of homosexuality,homosexuality related stigma and mental health,social support of homosexuality,HIV epidemiological study. Conclusions The research on AIDS prevention and control worldwide among MSM are mainly focusing on the treatment and health services of HIV and other related diseases,and the intervention of high risk behavior,stigma and mental health of homosexuality,and HIV epidemiological research.
