辽宁省城乡居民癌症筛查及相关治疗行为调查

Cancer screening and related factors among residents in both urban and rural areas of Liaoning province

目的分析辽宁省城乡居民癌症筛查现况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,对32116名居民进行问卷调查六种癌症(胃癌、肠癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌和甲状腺癌)筛查情况,并分析其影响因素。结果六癌总体筛查率为2.50%,城乡间差异无统计学意义(X^2=0.26,P=0.609),进行宫颈癌(2.39%)和乳腺癌(1.80%)筛查居多,女性(城市OR=3.14,95%CI:2.42~4.08;农村OR=5.34,95%CI:4.18~6.82);年龄30~岁者(城市OR=5.14,95%CI:2.90~9.12;农村OR=4.08,95%CI:2.60~6.39);已婚(城市OR=6.06,95%CI:2.61~14.12;农村OR=5.90,95%CI:2.40~14.53);吸烟(城市OR=1.78,95%CI:1.46~2.28;农村OR=2.37,95%CI:1.84~3.93);饮酒者(农村OR=3.21,95%CI:2.24~3.78)筛查率较高。筛查阳性率为13.20%,97.17%的癌症筛查阳性者均采取措施进行治疗。结论目前辽宁省城乡居民癌症筛查率仍处于较低水平,应加大健康宣教,并探索适合中国居民的癌症筛查方式。

Objective To discuss the current status of cancer screening and its related influencing factors among residents in both urban and rural areas of Liaoning province. Methods A total of 32 116 residents were randomly selected from urban and rural areas of Liaoning province by multi-stage sampling method and a questionnaire survey was conducted in terms of cancer screening.Logistic regression analysis was applied to elucidate influencing factors of cancer screening. Results The overall cancer screening rate was 2.50%,there was no significant difference between urban and rural residents(χ~2=0.26,P=0.609).2.39%residents did cervical cancer screening and 1.80%did breast cancer screening.The regression analysis showed that women,residents aged 30~years old,married,smoking and drinking were more likely to have cancer screening and the positive screening rate was as high as 13.20%.97.17% of cancer screening positive patients underwent cancer treatment. Conclusions The cancer screening rate of residents in urban and rural areas of Liaoning province is still low,therefore health education should be strengthened and the suitable cancer screening method for Chinese residents should be explored.
