摘要
目的:研究怀牛膝地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20柱、ODS柱、减压硅胶柱层析及制备高效液相等色谱技术,对怀牛膝地上部分化学成分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从怀牛膝地上部分分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:天师酸(1)、5,5'-二甲氧基-7-氧代落叶松脂醇(2)、zebirioside D(3)、大豆皂苷Ⅰ(4)、坡模酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯苷(5)、3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(6)、太白盯木皂苷V(7)、3β-O-(6'-O-methyl-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl)oleana-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从苋科植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Achyranthes bidentata.Methods:Ten compounds were isolated and purified by different column chromatography techniques such as Sephadex LH-20,ODS,vacuum silica gel column, preparative high-performance liquid and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as tianshic acid (1),5,5′-dimethoxy-7-oxolycophenolate (2),zebirioside D (3),soysaponin I (4),28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside pomolic acid (5),[3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl ]- 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (6),taibaienosideV (7),3β-O-(6′-O-methyl-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl)oleana-11,13(18)-dien-28- oic acid(8).Conclusion:All the compunds are isolated from Amaranthaceae family for the first time.
