摘要 目的:研究骆驼刺茎的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过现代波谱学鉴定方法(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)结合文献数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从骆驼刺茎中分离并鉴定19个化合物,分别为:(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、(1R)-4-[(3R)-3-hydroxybutyl]-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-3-enyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(1R)-3-[(4R)-4-hydroxybutyl]-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-methy-propyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、松脂素(5)、松脂酚-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、epoxyconiferyl alcohol(8)、阿魏酸(9)、2-(2-羟基苯)乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、4,6-二羟基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯丙酮(11)、香草醛(12)、对-羟基苯甲酸(13)、对-羟基苯甲醛(14)、烟酸(15)、甲基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(16)、红车轴草素(17)、异鼠李素-3-O-刺槐二糖苷(18)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(19)。结论:其中,化合物1~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from stem of Alhagi sparsifolia.Methods :The compounds were isolated by silica column,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 reverse-phase column chromatography from Alhagi sparifolia stem.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral anylysis and comparison of their spectral date with those in the literature.Results :Nineteen compounds were isolated and identified as (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),(3S,5R,6R, 7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),(1R)-4-[(3R)-3-hydroxybutyl ]-3,5,5-trimethylcyelohex- 3-enyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),(1R )-3-[(4R )-4-hydroxybutyl ]-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-methy-propyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),pinoresinol (5),pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6),syringaresionl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),epoxyconiferyl alcohol (8),ferulic acid (9),2-(2-hydroxyphenyl )etbanol-O-β-D-glueopyranoside (10),4,6-dihydroxy-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl acetopbenone (11),vanillin (12),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (13),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14),niacin (15),methyl-α-D-fructofuranoside (16),pratensein (17),isorhamnefin-3-O-robinobioside (18),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-rutinoside (19).Conclusion :Compounds 1~16are obtained from this plant for the first time.
