摘要
目的:研究光滑环锈伞的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Rp-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从光滑环锈伞中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、过氧麦角甾醇(2)、亚油酸(3)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(4)、棕榈酸(5)、白桦脂醇(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、肉豆蔻酸(8)、甘露醇(9)。结论:所有化合物为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Pholiota nameko.Methods:Compounds were separated and purifiedby silica gel,Rp-18 and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies.Their structures were elucidated by physiochemical property andspectral analysis.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-alcohol(1),ergosterolperoxide(2),linoleic acid(3),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(4),palmitic acid(5),betulin(6),p-hydroxy-benzoicacid(7),tetradecanoic acid(8)and mannitol(9).Conclusion:All the compounds are isolated from Pholiota nameko for the first time.
