摘要
目的:建立缩泉丸挥发油GC-MS标准指纹图谱,分析缩泉丸挥发油的化学组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,运用GC-MS联用技术进行分析,对质谱数据进行解析,以32号峰为内参,线性插值法获得全局校正图谱,计算均值,生成缩泉丸挥发油标准指纹图谱,不同批次之间以相关系数和夹角余弦进行相似度评价。结果:建立了缩泉丸挥发油标准指纹图谱,相似度结果均大于0.96;从缩泉丸挥发油中共鉴别出35个成分。结论:建立的标准指纹图谱准确可靠,可为GC-MS指纹图谱建立提供一个参考。
Objective: To establish a standard fingerprint of volatile oil in Suoquan Wan by chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS),and to analyse chemical compound of volatile oil in Suoquan Wan. Methods:Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzedby GC-MS qualitative in Suoquan Wan.Mass spectrometry toolbox were used to analyzed the data by MATLAB software.The No. 32 peak was used as reference,linear interpolation method was used to obtain the global correction map.Standard fingerprint of volatileoil of Suoquan Wan by Origin software through the average method. Similarity was evaluated between different batches by Pearsoncorrelation coefficient and angle cosine.Results:Standard fingerprint of volatile oil in Suoquan Wan was established by GC-MS,and thesimilarity was above 0.96;volatile oils extracting ratio were 0.89%,and 35 common peaks were identifed. Conclusion:Standard fingerprintof GC-MS is accurate and reliable,which can provide a new thought for standard fingerprint of GC-MS.
