摘要
目的:研究阔叶黄檀干燥心材的黄酮类成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱及制备液相色谱等色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从阔叶黄檀中分离得到7个黄酮类成分,分别鉴定为:甘草素(1)、5,7-二羟基-2′,3′,4′-三甲氧基二氢异黄酮(2)、7-羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(3)、pterosonin E(4)、3,4,4′,7-四羟基黄烷(5)、异甘草素(6)、2′,4′-二羟基查尔酮(7)。结论:其中,化合物5、7为首次从黄檀属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the flavonoids from heartwood of Dalbergia latifolia.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods,and elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.Results:Seven flavonoids were isolated from the heartwood of Dalbergia latifolia,and identified as liquiritigenin(1),5,7-dihydroxy-2′,3′,4′-trimethoxyisoflavanone(2),7-hydroxy-6-methoxyflavone(3),pterosonin E(4),3,4,4′,7-tetrahydroxyflavan(5),isoliquiritigenin(6),2′,4′-dihydroxychalcone(7).Conclusion:Compounds 5,7 are isolated from Dalbergia genus for the first time,and compounds 2,3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
