摘要
非典型抗精神病药可能引起不宁腿综合征,但相关研究甚少,只有一些病例/系列报道,精神科医师对其认识尚不足。现进行文献复习,探讨非典型抗精神病药物引起的不宁腿综合征的临床特点、病理生理机制以及治疗。
Atypical antipsychotics (AAP)may cause restless legs syndrome (RLS).There is very little research on this,only a few cases/series of reports have been reported.Psychiatrists do not know enough about it.This article reviews the literatures to explore the clinical characteristics,pathophysiological mechanism and treatment of RLS caused by AAP.
