256层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在下肢动脉血管造影中的初步应用

Preliminary Application of 256 Slice Spiral CT Low Dose Angiography in Lower Extremity Artery Angiography

目的 探讨256层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在下肢动脉血管造影成像中应用的可行性.方法 回顾性分析25 例应用256层螺旋CT低剂量扫描及43 例应用64层螺旋CT常规剂量扫描的下肢动脉血管造影成像患者影像及临床资料,对两组患者影像资料的成像质量进行分析比较.结果 两组患者成像质量均能达到诊断要求,二者间差异无统计学意义.结论 256层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在下肢动脉血管造影中的成像质量可以达到影像诊断要求,初步认为可以作为一项常规扫描参数应用.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of 256 slicespiral CT angiography in lower extremity with low dose.Methods The imaging and clinical data of 25 cases of lower extremity artery 256 slice spiral CT angiography with low dose and 43 cases of 64 spiral CT with routine dose were retrospectively analyzed.The imaging quality of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.Results The imaging quality of the two groups could reach the diagnostic requirements,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The imaging quality of 256-slice spiral CT scan with low-dose in the angiography of lower extremity artery can meet the requirement for diagnosis,and it can be used as a routine scanning parameter.
