2007—2016年男男性行为者艾滋病干预研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on the researches related to effects of AIDS intervention among men who have sex with men,2007-2016

目的探讨男男性行为者(MSM)干预研究文献的发展状况、研究热点及趋势,为今后相关研究及管理部门制定战略规划提供参考。方法检索国内外2007-2016年发表的相关文献,按纳入和排除标准筛选后,采用Excel 2010和NoteExpress 3.20进行描述分析,SATI 3.2进行词频分析,UCINET 6.0软件进行共词矩阵,形成高频关键词可视化共词网络。结果共纳入有效中英文文献216篇,中文占49.54%(107篇),英文占50.46%(109篇)。中文文献发文量覆盖全国25个省市,其中以四川发文量最高为13篇(12.15%),其次是北京12篇(11.21%),湖北8篇(7.48%)。英文文献以美国纽约发文量最高,发文量为9篇(8.26%),其次为旧金山8篇(7.34%),洛杉矶7篇(6.42%)。发文较高城市均为MSM活跃度较高的城市。结论中文研究起步较晚,但近10年相关研究数量已与外文文献相当。中英文均未形成较成熟的核心作者群。中国有关研究契合干预实施模式,能够较好地为实际工作提供信息依据。

Objective To analyze research focus and trends of MSM interventions and to provide references for future research and development of intervention methods.Methods The related literature published from 2007 to 2016 was searched from the databases and then screened by the exclusion criteria.Excel 2010and NoteExpress 3.20 were used for the descriptive analysis,and SATI3.2 for the frequency analysis.Ucinet 6.0 software was used for the co-word matrix,visual network,and high frequency keyword visualization word network.Results Totally 216 literatures were retrieved including 107(49.54%)in Chinese and 109(50.46%)in English.The Chinese publications covered 25 provinces,among which the most articles published was 13(12.15%)in Sichuan,followed by 12 in Beijing (11.21%)and 8in Hubei (7.47%).The English literature was the most published in New York,USA, with 9 articles (8.26%),followed by 8articles (7.34%)in San Francisco and 7articles (6.42%)in Los Angeles. The cities with higher publications were those where MSM were more active.Conclusion Chinese studies on MSM intervention starts late,with a short history.However,the number of relevant studies in the past 10 years has been comparable with foreign literature.Both Chinese and English have not formed a more mature core author group.The relevant researches in China fit the intervention mode,which can provide the information basis for practical work.
