湖州市50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病人的特征分析

Epidemiological analysis on the characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged≥50 years in Huzhou

目的分析湖州市报告的≥50岁艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的疫情情况及流行特征,为该人群艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法在艾滋病综合防治信息系统中下载截止到2016年12月底的历史卡片数据,筛选出湖州市报告的≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例,并对病例分布特点、样本来源、传播途径等进行分析。结果1998-2016年,湖州市新报告HIV/AIDS病例839例。其中≥50岁的病例共报告197例,占总报告病例数的23.5%。其中,男性占84.3%(166例),初中及以下文化程度占89.8%(177例),农民占52.8%(104例),主要检测来源是医院就诊和术前被动检测发现,占63.5%(125/197);异性性传播占80.2%(158/197)。结论湖州市≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例以男性为主,主要是在医院就诊时被动检测发现。应结合湖州市≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例的分布特点,采取科学防控措施,控制艾滋病在中老年人群中的蔓延。

Objective To analyze the epidemics and characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged≥50years in Huzhou,and provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control among the population.Methods The data were downloaded from the national HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment information system by Dec.2016,and the cases aged≥50years old were selected and analyzed to know their distribution characteristics,sample sources and transmission routes.Results There were 197cases aged≥50years reported,accounting for 23.5%(197/839) of the total reported cases.84.3%(166/197)were male;89.8%(177/197)had educational level of junior middle school and below;52.8%(104/197)were farmers;63.5%(125/197)were detected through medical treatment/pre-transfusion/preoperative examination,and 80.2%(158/197)were infected through heterosexual transmission. Conclusion In Huzhou,HIV/AIDS cases aged≥50years are mainly male,with most detected passively in hospitals.In recent years,the number of HIV/AIDS cases aged≥50years has been increasing.Measures should be taken according to the distribution characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged≥50years,in order to control AIDS spreading among elderly people.
