摘要
富士电机公司开发的功率调节器(PCS),已交付多个光伏电站使用并取得成效。DC71MW/AC51MW的Kamikita Rokkasho(以下简称Ka-Ro)光伏电站,作为一项交钥匙工程(EPC)而备受关注,已于2017年1月竣工验收。由51台1000kW PCS变换成输出AC51MW,再由供变电设备升压至154kV,接入东北电力公司的输电线路联网。2016年11月进行了综合功能验收,对光伏电站所要求的规定功能与性能予以确认。2017年2月开始向东北电力公司为期20年的售电业务。
This paper describes the building construction and equipment construction of Ka-Ro DC71MW/AC51MW photovoltaic power station. For more details, please refer to the main text...ABSTRACT: The power regulator (PCS) developed by Fuji Electric Co. has been delivered to several photovoltaic power stations and achieved good results. The Kamikita Rokkasho (hereinafter referred to as KaRo) photovoltaic power plant of DC71MW/AC51MW, as a turn-key project(EPC), has received much attention and has been completed and accepted in Jan 2017. From 51 PCs with 1000 KW to the output AC51MW, the voltage is boosted to 154 KV by the power supply and transformation equipment and connected to the transmission line network of Northeast Power Company. Comprehensive function acceptance was conducted in Nov 2016.he required functions and performance requirements of photovoltaic plants are confirmed. In Feb 2017, the company started selling electricity to Northeast Power Company for 20 years.
