西安城郊型农村社区养老居住环境设计研究

Study on the Design of the Residential Environment of the Rural Community in Xi'an

随着西安城市规模不断扩张,人口老龄化加剧,城郊型农村养老问题日益凸显。西安农村居家养老空间缺少功能和细部等方面的适老化应对;社区养老环境呈现"形式化""普适化"的特点。文章结合西安城郊特色,对农村社区养老模式及居住环境适老化设计进行分析与探讨,构建丰富高效的养老服务体系,发挥互联网智能养老优势,旨在为老年人营造健康、完善、舒适的居住环境。

With the continuous expansion of Xi'an city,the aging of the population have intensified,and the problem of suburban rural pension has become increasingly prominent.The rural home care space in Xi'an lacks the appropriate aging response in terms of functions and details;the community pension environment is characterized by "formalization"and "universalization".Based on the characteristics of Xi'an suburbs,this paper analyzes and discusses the old-age model of rural community and the aging design of residential environment,constructs a rich and efficient old-age service system,and gives full play to the advantages of Internet smart retirement,aiming to create a healthy,perfect and comfortable living environment for the elderly.
