摘要
公众参与自下而上地反映民众多样化的利益诉求,缓和协调社会各利益相关群体之间的矛盾冲突,体现人性化的设计理念,在城市更新过程中具有不容忽视的重要意义。虚拟公园位于德国汉堡圣保利区,经历了近十年的曲折更新过程。文章以虚拟公园更新为例,思考公众参与在其中发挥的力量。
Public participation reflects people's diversified interest demand from bottom to top and shows humanization design concept.It is an efficient way to ease and coordinate the contradictions among different social stakeholders,which has great significance in the process of urban renewal.This article takes Park Fiction in St.Pauli district,Hamburg,Germany as an example to discuss the power of public participation in its tortuous renewal process in recent ten years.
