摘要
中医将冠心病归于胸痹心痛的范畴,张艳教授从医30余年,通过其精厚的中医基础理论和丰富的临床实践经验,形成了对冠心病病因、病机的独到见解,并在临床取得了显著疗效,张艳教授认为,冠心病病位在心,多由肾阳不足、阴邪痹阻所致,文章从心肾相关理论出发,结合临床经验,对冠心病的症治做深入探讨,以期拓展中医治疗冠心病的思路,提高临床疗效。
Chinese medicine has classified coronary heart disease into the category of chest pain.Professor ZHANG Yan has developed a unique insight into the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease through clinical research in TCM for more than 30years.Has achieved a significant effect,Professor Zhang Yan believes that coronary heart disease is in the heart,mostly caused by insufficient kidney yang,Yin Xie resistance.This article from the heart and kidney related theory,combined with clinical experience,to do a deep discussion on the treatment of coronary heart disease In order to expand the Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease ideas and improve clinical efficacy.
