儿童慢性咳嗽不同病因与中医证型相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Different Causes of Chronic Cough in Children and TCM Syndromes

目的:探讨临床儿童慢性咳嗽的不同病因与中医证型的相关性。方法:将973例儿童慢性咳嗽的临床资料录入excel数据库,通过回归分析统计方法分析儿童慢性咳嗽不同病因与中医证型之间的相关性。结果:当以"风伏肺络"作为因变量,B>0,P<0.05,比值比>1的病因有CVA、AC、PIC、UACS;当以"痰热蕴肺"作为因变量,B>0,P<0.05,比值比>1的病因有CVA、PIC;当以"食火犯肺"作为因变量,B>0,P<0.05,比值比>1的病因是GERC;当以"肺脾气虚"作为因变量,其中B>0,P<0.05,比值比>1的病因是AC;当以"阴虚肺热"作为因变量,B>0,P<0.05,比值比>1的病因为PIC。结论:上气道咳嗽综合征最为核心的中医证型是风伏肺络证;感染后咳嗽最为核心的中医证型为痰热蕴肺证与阴虚肺热证;过敏性咳嗽最为核心的中医证型为肺脾气虚证;胃食管反流性咳嗽核心中医证型为食火犯肺证。

Objective:To explore the correlation between different causes of chronic cough and TCM syndromes in clinical children.Methods:the clinical data of 973 children with chronic cough were entered into excel database,and the correlation between different causes of chronic cough and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed by regression analysis and statistical method.Results:when taking "wind-induced pulmonary collaterals"as the dependent variable,B>0,P<0.05,the etiology of >1 ratio was CVA,AC,PIC and UACS.When taking "phlegm heat accumulate lung"as the dependent variable,B>0,P<0.05,the etiology of ratio >1 includes CVA and PIC.When taking "fire eater's lung"as the dependent variable,B>0,P<0.05,the etiology of>ratio 1 is GERC.When taking "lung qi deficiency"as the dependent variable,where B>0,P<0.05,the etiology of>ratio 1 is AC.When taking "Yin deficiency lung heat"as the dependent variable,B>0,P<0.05,the ratio of>1 disease is due to PIC.Conclusion:the most important TCM syndrome type of upper airway cough syndrome is wind-induced pulmonary collaterals syndrome.The most important TCM syndromes of post-infection cough are phlegm heat accumulation lung syndrome and Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome.The most important type of TCM syndrome of allergic cough is lung Qi deficiency syndrome.The core TCM syndrome of gastroesophageal reflux cough is the lung syndrome of fire eating.
