头穴埋线疗法治疗阿尔兹海默病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Catgut Embedding at Scalp Acupoints for AD Patients

目的:探讨头穴埋线疗法对阿尔兹海默病(AD)患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例AD患者在常规内科治疗的基础上随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用头穴埋线结合安理申治疗,对照组采用安理申治疗,共治疗12周,治疗前后检测Blessed-Roth评分、ADAS-Cog评分及治疗前后血清中抗氧化分子:SOD、GSHPx、TAC、CAT、GST、GR含量。结果:治疗前,2组患者Blessed-Roth评分、ADAS-Cog评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后,Blessed-Roth评分、ADAS-Cog评分均比治疗前有所降低,治疗组治疗前后评分差值大于对照组(P<0.05),说明2组治疗均有效,但治疗组优于对照组。治疗前,治疗组、对照组氧化应激水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组SOD、GSH-Px、TAC、CAT、GST、GR水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组SOD、GSH-Px、TAC、CAT、GST、GR水平均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:头穴埋线疗法结合安理申治疗能有效提高血清中SOD、GSH-Px、TAC、CAT、GST、GR水平,可通过调节抗氧化分子的表达,改善AD患者学习记忆水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of head cavity embedding therapy in patients with AD.Methods: Eighty patients with AD who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group based on conventional medical treatment,with 40cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the acupoint and combined with Aricept.The control group was treated with Aricept.A total of 12weeks of treatment.Blessed-Roth score, ADAS-Cog score and serum antioxidant molecules:SOD,GSH-Px,TAC,CAT,GST,GR were measured before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Blessed-Roth score and ADAS-Cog score between the two groups (P>0.05).After 2groups of treatment,the Blessed-Roth score and the ADAS-Cog score were lower than those before treatment.The difference between the treatment group and the treatment group was greater than that of the control group (P<O.05).Note Both groups were effective,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in oxidative stress between the treatment group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD,GSH-Px,TAC,CAT,GST and GR in the treatment group and the control group were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The levels of SOD,GSH-Px,TAC,CAT,GST and GR in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acupoint embedding therapy combined with Aricept can effectively increase the levels of SOD,GSHPx,TAC,CAT,GST and GR in serum,and improve the learning and memory level of AD patients by regulating the expression of antioxidant molecules.
