柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗肝胃不和型反流性食道炎84例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chaiban Jiangni Decoction Cataplasm Clinostatism Administration in the Treatment of Ganwei Buhe Type Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察柴半降逆方治疗胆胃不和型反流性食道炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的84例反流性食道炎确诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗,对照组口服奥美拉唑镁肠溶片和枸橼酸莫沙比利片治疗,治疗8周后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(80.95%)。2组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组的胃镜下疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:柴半降逆汤糊剂卧位给药治疗反流性食道炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaiban Jiangni decoction cataplasm clinostatism administration in the treatment of Ganwei Buhe type reflux esophagitis.Methods:84patients with confirmed reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given the treatment of Chai Banjiang decoction in the supine position.The control group was treated with oral omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and mosapride citrate tablets.Clinical efficaey was observed after 8weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group (92.86%)was higher than that of the control group (80.95%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chaiban Jiangni decoction eataplasm clinostatism administration is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
