中医药治疗输尿管镜下碎石术后残留结石优势分析

Analysis of the Advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Residual Stones after Ureteroscopy

目的:研究中医中药在治疗输尿管镜下碎石术后残留结石方面的优势。方法:将162例患有输尿管结石病人按照随机原则分为两组:选择81例患有输尿管结石病人为治疗组,在输尿管镜下碎石治疗术后口服自拟的中药排石汤;选择81例患有输尿管结石病人为对照组,输尿管镜下碎石术后不予以口服中药排石汤。结果:治疗组患者术后4周碎石术后结石残留率为1.2%,对照组患者术后4周碎石术后结石残留率为9.9%,两组结果经检验存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后配合口服中药排石汤剂治疗能有效降低结石残留率,减少碎石术后结石残留,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective:To study the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of residual stones after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:162 patients with ureteral calculi were divided into two groups according to the random principle.81 patients with ureteral calculi were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Paishi decoction after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.81patients with ureteral calculi were selected as the control group.Oral Chinese medicine Paishi decoction was not given after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Results:In the treatment group,the residual rate of calculus after lithotripsy was 1.2%after 4 weeks.In the control group,the residual rate of stone after gravel operation was 4.9%after 4weeks.The results of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of holmium laser lithotripsy combined with oral Chinese medicine Paishi decoction can effectively reduce the residual rate of stones and reduce the residual stones after lithotripsy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
