腕踝针联合耳穴压籽在断指再植术后疼痛管理中的应用

Application of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Acupoint Seed in pain Management after Replantation of Severed Fingers

目的:观察腕踝针联合耳穴压籽在断指再植术后的镇痛作用。方法:选取86例断指再植患者,按住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组术后给予常规疼痛护理措施,观察组在对照组基础术后增加腕踝针、耳穴压籽中医治疗。比较2组术后72h疼痛程度、血管危象发生率。结果:观察组术后6、8、12、24、48、72h的VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后72h再植指体血管危象发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合耳穴压籽在断指再植术后镇痛疗效显著,降低了再植指体血管危象发生率。

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular acupoints after replantation of severed fingers.Methods:86patients with replanted severed fingers were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization,with 43cases in each group.The control group received routine pain nursing measures after operation.The observation group increased the treatment of wristankle acupuncture and auricular acupoints in the control group.The pain degree and vascular crisis occurred in 72groups after operation.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 6,8,12,24,48,and 72h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group replanted the finger vessels 72hours after operation.The incidence of crisis was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular acupoints after replantation of severed fingers is significant,which reduces the incidence of replanted finger vascular crisis.
