中药地骨皮化学成分、含量测定及药理活性研究进展

Research Progress of Lycii Cortex Chemical Composition, Measuring Content and Pharmacological Effect

地骨皮为我国传统中药,其含有生物碱、有机酸及其酯类、蒽醌及其他多种化学成分,具有凉血除蒸、清肺降火的功效,现代研究表明地骨皮具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖、抑菌抗炎、免疫调节、解热镇痛等药理活性,被广泛用于临床。本文综述了国内外近二十年在地骨皮的化学成分、含量测定、药理活性等方面的研究情况,为进一步开发利用地骨皮及其有效成分奠定基础,具有重要意义。

Cortex Lycii is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.Several different classes of compounds have been separated from Cortex Lycii,including alkaloids,organic acids,anthraquinone and others.It is for the treatment of cooling blood,nourishing Yin,reducing fire,and clearing away lung-heat.Modern research shows that Cortex Lycii has pharmacological activities such as lowering blood pressure,anti-diabetes,anti-inflammatory,regulating immunity,relieving fever and pain,etc.It is widely used in clinic.This thesis summarized the chemical composition of Lycii Cortex,enumerating the means of measuring content.At the same time,the paper elaborated the basic principles of pharmacological effect,clinical treatment,including bad reaction in the last two decades.It is of great significance to lay a foundation for further development and utilization of Cortex Lycii and its effective components.
