中医药治疗经行乳房胀痛研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Breast Distending Pain During Menstruation

经行乳房胀痛是临床中常见病症之一,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。中医药治疗本病的临床疗效得到广泛认可,各医家的治疗用药、方法也各有特色。故从病因病机,中医药内、外治法,综合疗法等方面进行归纳总结,以期为临床应用提供更多理论支持。同时发现中医药治法仍存在一些疑问及不足之处,亟待探索、完善。

Breast distending pain during menstruation is a common clinical disease in the department of gynecology. Its incidence is ascending year by year.The clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine is widely recognized,and treatment methods are various.In this paper,etiology and pathology,internal and external treatment,and combined therapy of Chinese medicine were summed up and concluded,to provide theoretical support for clinical application. And there are still some questions and shortcomings that need to be explored and improved.
