总结了中石油云南石化有限公司新建13. 0 Mt/a炼油厂的工厂设计特点,主要包括:7套国内最大的同类装置,实现了工艺装置的大型化和规模化;中国石油自有知识产权的5套工艺技术集中应用;设置了6个联合装置区,优化了物流往来和平面布置;渣油加工采用渣油加氢脱硫/重油催化裂化和延迟焦化工艺的组合,体现了加氢和脱碳技术的互补;将轻烃资源和氢气系统进行了集中综合优化;设置50 dam^3/h制氢单元和60 kt/a硫磺回收单元,充分考虑开停工工况的生产需求;将丙烯、LPG、液硫、液氨、石油焦提供给当地相关企业利用,对方返回异辛烷和蒸汽,实现了合作共赢。
The characteristics of plant design for a 13.0 MM TPY grass-roots refinery of PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Company are summarized.The capacities of 7 process units are the largest in China.The processes of 5 process units are licensed from PetroChina.6 complex areas are designed to optimize the flow of effluents and plant layout.The integrated residue hydrodesulfurization/heavy oil FCC and delayed coking process is adopted for residue processing to take the advantages hydrogenation and carbon removal.The light hydrocarbon and H2 resources are optimized in complex system. The hydrogen plant with the capacity of 50dam^3/h and sulfur recovery unit with a capacity of 60,000 TPY are designed in consideration of the requirements of commissioning and shutdown.The propylene,LPG,liquid sulfur,liquid NH3 and coke are supplied to local relative companies,which will return isooctane and steam to the refinery for Win-Win cooperation.
