α-硫辛酸对糖尿病大鼠胰岛功能的影响

The protection of alpha-lipoic acid on islet β cells of obese diabetic rats

目的探讨α-硫辛酸对糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞功能的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)、糖尿病组(D)、α-硫辛酸组(L),腹腔注射药物2周,测空腹血糖、胰岛素,计算胰岛β细胞功能、胰岛素抵抗指数,测定胰腺匀浆液中8-异前列腺素F2α水平。结果α-硫辛酸组较糖尿病组空腹血糖降低(P <0. 05),胰岛素升高(P <0. 05),胰岛素抵抗指数降低(P <0.05),胰岛β细胞功能升高(P> 0. 05),8-异前列腺素F2α水平有所降低(P <0. 05)。结论抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸能减轻胰岛细胞损伤、减轻胰岛素抵抗、改善胰岛β细胞功能,其作用可能与抑制氧化应激有关。

Objective To explore the effect of alpha-lipoic acid on islet β-cell in obese diabetic rat.Methods Diabetic rats were randomly divided into the normal control group (C ),diabetes group (D ),lipoic acid treatment group (L).Drug treatment group were given for 2weeks.The experimental measured after fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin ,insulin resistance index, β-cell function,pancreatic 8-iso prostaglandin F2α.Results Compared with D group, Fasting blood glucose (P <0.05),insulin resistance index (P <0.05)and 8-iso prostaglandin F2α(P <0.05)are decreased,while fasting insulin (P <0.05)and β-cell function (P <0.05)are increased.Conclusion Alpha-lipoic acid as an antioxidant can reduce the islet cell damage,reduce insulin resistance and improve β-cell function by restraining oxidative stress.
