To help residents,especially the elderly,women and minors,protect their legal rights and interests,Qiqihar (a city in Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province) Women's Federation and Qiqihar Intermediate People's Court recently held a news conference,to announce the establishment of family courts in several of the city's districts and counties.
