摘要
为了使所构建的大型建筑工程项目实施状态指标体系架构在工程实践中发挥其有效作用,首先就如何科学正确地分析和确定工程项目管理对象的针对性指标进行了数理分析与描述。在此基础上,基于循证科学理论和RS提取法,以工程项目决策阶段管理对象的问题表象为具体研究对象,给出了科学提取工程项目管理对象针对性指标和构建大型建筑工程项目实施状态诊断指标体系的具体方法。实例验证结果证明,应用系统科学理论所构建的大型建筑工程项目实施状态诊断指标体系不仅具有系统完整的层级递进关系,而且能够有效诊断出工程项目的宏观、中观与微观状态。
In order to realize the value of the new diagnosis index system frame of large-scale construction project implement state,firstly,how to refine and determine diagnosis index corresponding to management objects is analyzed by mathematic model based on rough set refining method. Then,taking the problem phenomena appeared in decision-making stage as research objects,the specific modes that how to obtain management index and establish index system of large-scale construction project implement state are offered by using evidenced theory. It has been proved by a real example that the large-scale construction project implement state diagnosis index system established by using systematic scientific theory,which possesses the characteristics of systematic hierarchical relationships among all corresponding indexes,and can diagnose the macroscopic,meso and micro states effectively.
