抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体及其与血栓闭塞性脉管炎关系的研究进展

血栓闭塞性脉管炎(thromboangiitis obliterans,TAO)又称Buerger's病,是一种累及血管的炎症性、闭塞性和反复发作的慢性血管疾病。其病因及发病机制尚未明确,研究发现TAO是一种自身免疫性疾病,活动期的患者常伴有免疫功能低下,血清中自身抗体表达异常。抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody,ANcA)是一种以中性粒细胞和单核细胞胞浆成分为靶抗原的自身抗体。ANCA自身抗体谱有十余种特异性抗体,对系统性血管炎、炎症性肠病等自身免疫性疾病的诊断有重要意义。

Thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO),also known as Buerger's disease,is a kind of chronic vascular diseaseinvolving the blood vessels,which is inflammation,occlusion and recurrent.The etiology and pathogenesis of TAO still unknown,but studies indicated that TAO was an autoimmune disease,and the patientsin active phase was often accompanied with immunodeficiency and expression of autoantibodies was abnormal in serum.Anti neutrophil cytoplasm antibody(ANCA)is a kind of autoantibody which targets antigens with neutrophil and monocytes cytoplasm components.ANCA autoantibody spectrum contains more than ten kinds of specific antibodies,which is of great significance to the diagnosis of systemic vasculitis,inflammatory bowel disease and other autoimmune diseases.
