摘要
背景MRI是一种常见的影像学方法,随着科技发展,功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)可反映大脑的神经活动水平,定位各功能区,进行脑代谢测定、神经纤维示踪等。目的综述脑功能成像技术的优势和目前应用情况。内容综述fMRI其中血氧水平依赖(blood oxygen level dependent,BOLD)、弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)、磁共振波谱成像(magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging,MRS)3项技术在认知功能障碍领域中的相关研究。趋向探索患者脑功能区改变,能为早期预防、诊治提供客观和直观的影像学依据。
Background Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)is a common imaging methods,along with the development of science and technology,a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI),can reflect the level of neural activity of the brain,location of brain regions that perform special function,determination of cerebral metabolism,nerve fiber tracer.Objective Advantages of brain imaging technology and the current application situation are summarized in this paper.Content This article reviews the fMRI containing blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD)and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI),magnetic resonance spectral imaging (MRS),the three technologies in cognitive dysfunction related research.Trend This review covers research advances that exploring the changes of functional areas in patients,providing an objective and intuitive imaging basis for early prevention and diagnosis.
