Interleukin-6 and sepsis

脓毒症是临床常见的危重症,近年来的发病率有所上升。白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6在脓毒症发生发展过程中扮演重要角色,引发炎症、激活凝血等病理生理过程。研究脓毒症和IL-6的关系,可以为脓毒症的诊断和治疗方向提供新思路。本文就脓毒症和IL-6的近年相关研究进展作一综述。

Sepsis is a common critical disease,the morbidity of sepsis increases in recent years. Interleukin(IL)-6plays an important role in the progress of sepsis.It can induce inflammation and cause coagulation.Therefore,it is particularly important to,study the relationship between sepsis and IL-6.In order to provide more direction and ideas for septic treatment,this paper summarized the related research progress of IL-6 and sepsis based on the recent literature.
