摘要
汽车排气管等铸件易产生多种缺陷,要采用较稳定的铸造工艺生产。对LD4排气管原铸造工艺进行了归纳和对比分析,据此研发出了四法兰管口斜放的铸造工艺。采用该工艺后,汽车排气管铸件的废品率不大于5%。
The castings such as automobile air-outlet pipes are easy to form many types of casting defect, and need to be produced by a relatively table casting technology.The original casting procedure by which LD4air-outlet pipe was produced were induced and compared,and on the basis of this a casting process that is referred to as four-flange and taped pipe mouth was developed.After this process was used, rejection rates of the LD4air-outlet pipes were reduced to 5% max.
