安全监控系统及安全制动器在冶金吊上的应用

摘要 论述了安全制动器和安全监控系统在冶金吊上的应用。根据起重机行业的现状,概述了改造冶金吊的必要性和合理性。目前,冶金吊的运行参数未能实时监控。通过安装摄像头及采集质量、速度、主副钩起升高度和行程等参数对吊车实施监控。此外,通过安装双制动系统解决了卷筒及高速轴制动不足的问题,减少了安全隐患,提高了冶金吊车安全运行的可靠性。 The applications of a safety brake and a safety monitoring system to metallurgical crane sere described.In terms of current status of the crane industry,the necessity and rationality of reconstructing metallurgical crane were outlined.At present,real-time monitor of operating parameters of metallurgical crane was failure to carry out.The crane may be monitored by installation of camera,and collections of mass,speed,heights of main-and sub-hooks,stroke and other parameters.In addition,the problem that the reel and high speed shaft cannot be reliably braked has been removed by installation of a dual-braking system,thus reducing unsafety,and increasing dependability of safe operating of the metallurgical crane.
