云盒采集软件的设计与实施

摘要 在铸造行业,数字化建设的关键是数据采集。如何数据采集,企业的生产能力及产品质量决定于如何将数据应用于生产、设备和产品的质量管理中。以往的采集模式效率差,难以与云盒对接,且安全性较差。采用新型数据采集模式,旨在提高数据采集效率,提升数字化工厂的产品质量,减少人工参与,提高设备的智能化程度。 The key to digitization construction lies in the datum acquisition in foundry trade.Production capability and product quality of a foundry are dependent on collection of data and application of data to managements of production,equipment,and product quality.The previous datum collection mode is less effective,difficult to connect to the cloud box,and less secure.A new type of datum collection mode has been used to raise efficiency of datum collection,to improve product quality,to reduce participation,and to improve intelligence of the equipment in digitization factory.
