摘要
我国领导干部心理健康测评近年来逐步得到重视,并且取得一些进展;然而仍存在着思想认识、活动开展、专业人才、测评技术和结果运用等方面的局限性。针对存在的问题,应切实提高思想认识水平、加强普及力度、培养专门人才、提高测评技术、增强测评结果运用范围等。
In recent years,the mental health assessment of leading cadres in China has been paid more attention, and some progress has been made.However,there are limitations in ideological understanding,activity development,professional talents,assessment technologies and result application.In response to the existing problems,we should conscientiously strengthen the work of unifying the ideological understanding,popularizing the assessment activities,training specialized talents,improving the assessment technology,and enhancing the application scope of assessment results.
