芪珀生脉颗粒对房颤模型大鼠药效学作用及机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察芪珀生脉颗粒对房颤模型大鼠的药效学作用及其机制。方法采用乙酰胆碱-氯化钙(Ach-CaCl2)经尾静脉注射法建立房颤大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分成模型组、芪珀生脉大剂量组、芪珀生脉中剂量组、芪珀生脉小剂量组、阳性对照药维拉帕米组和稳心颗粒组,并设正常对照组。用药4周后,比较各组大鼠房颤持续时间,死亡率及血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果与模型组相比,芪珀生脉各剂量组大鼠房颤持续时间显著缩短,死亡率降低,且芪珀生脉大、中剂量组及阳性对照药组c Tn T、CRP、Hcy水平显著降低。结论芪珀生脉颗粒对房颤疗效显著,可能通过抑制炎症反应和氧化应激,从而改善房颤心房组织损伤,达到治疗房颤的目的。 Objective Objective To observe the pharmacodynamic action of Qibo Shengmai Granules on rats with atrial fibrillation. Methods The model with atrial fibrillation were established by caudal vein intravenous administration of calcium chloride and acetylcholine mixture( Ach-CaCl2). SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,positive control group,Qibo Shengmai Granules high/medium/low dose groups. After 4 weeks of administration,the mortality and duration of atrial fibrillation were calculated and the concentrations of serum c Tn T,CRP and Hcy tested. Results Compared with the model group,the duration of atrial fibrillation was Shortened in Qibo Shengmai Granules group and the mortality reduced,the levels of c Tn T,CRP and Hcy were decreased significantly in Qibo shengmai Granules high/medium dose groups and positive control group. Conclusion Qibo Shengmai Granules has remarkable effect on atrial fibrillation,and can reduce the duration and mortality,meanwhile,it can lower serum c Tn T,CRP,Hcy level,and atrial fibrillation can be treated by inhibiting the inflammation and oxidative stress,and improve myocardium tissue injury.
