运用脏腑风湿理论探讨寒湿型慢性湿疹的治疗 被引量:11

摘要 运用脏腑风湿理论探讨寒湿型慢性湿疹的发病规律及治疗,认为寒湿型慢性湿疹病因病机特点为:总因复感引动伏邪而发病,其中风寒湿邪外袭是其必要外因;寒湿内伏脾胃、脾失健运是其核心病机;肺失宣降、玄府郁闭是其关键;伤阳是其主线。治疗当调理脾胃以固其本,法宜温脾散寒、淡渗利湿;同时宣肺解表以治其标,法宜辛温发汗、开通玄府,祛邪外出;另外还需时时顾护阳气,不忘通阳。
