葵花护肝片治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效观察

The economic evaluation of the medicine for the treatment of liver injury by sunflower

目的探讨葵花护肝片治疗药物性肝损伤患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1—12月阜阳市人民医院收治的97例药物性肝损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组48例和对照组49例。对照组患者予以双环醇片口服治疗,观察组患者则采用葵花护肝片口服治疗,比较两组患者肝功能改善情况、不良反应发生情况以及治疗费用。结果观察组患者肝功能改善总有效率为91.67%(44/48),与对照组的85.71%(42/49)相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为0.00%(0/48),明显低于对照组的12.24%(6/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗费用为(162.77±20.50)元,明显低于对照组的(1032.58±192.55)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葵花护肝片与双环醇片治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效相当,但葵花护肝片可显著降低不良反应发生率,经济性较佳。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sunflower liver protecting tablet in treatment of druginduced liver injury.Methods 97 patients with drug-induced liver injury admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into observation group 48 cases and control group 49 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated by bicyclol,while the observation group was treated by heliotrophic tablet for oral treatment.The improvement of liver function,adverse reactions and drug cost were compared.Results The total effective rate of liver function improvement in the observation group was 91.67%(44/48),compared with 85.71%(42/49)in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0.00%(0/48),which was significantly lower than the control group of 12.24%(6/49),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The drug cost of the observation group was (162.77±20.50),which was significantly lower than the control group (1032.58±192.55),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Kuihua Hugan Tablets and bicyclol tablets have the same efficacy in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury,but Kuihua Hugan Tablets can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and have better economy.
