养老服务体系建设研究——基于扬州实践

Research on the Construction of Endowment Service System——take Yangzhou as the example

"未富先老"的人口老龄化国情使得我国的养老问题变得更加复杂,传统的家庭养老和机构养老面临严重挑战,居家养老逐步发展,养老服务体系亟待建立和完善。文章从养老政策完善、养老制度保障、养老机构建设和养老信息化水平提升四个层面分析扬州养老体系建设的现状,并探讨相应的对策。

The aging situation of "the old before the rich"makes our country's endowment problem become more complicated,the traditional family endowment and the institutional pension face serious challenge,the home endowment is just beginning,the old-age service system needs to be established and perfected urgently.This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the oldage system in Yangzhou from four aspects,such as perfecting the endowment policy,guaranteeing the endowment system,constructing the endowment institution and the information level of the aged.
