摘要
本文分析了R404A卧式双级增焓转子式压缩机与半封闭式活塞压缩机的特点,并在低温工况下进行性能对比实验。测试结果表明:在蒸发温度为-20℃,冷凝温度20℃~60℃的工况下,与半封闭式活塞压缩机相比,卧式双级增焓转子式压缩机的单位容积制冷量提高22%~91%,EER提高17%~31%,排气温度降低45%~72%,具有较大的技术优势。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of R404A horizontal two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection and semi- hermetic piston compressor,and was experimentally researched under low temperature conditions.The results show that the evaporation temperature is -20℃ and the condensation temperature is 20℃ ~60℃,the horizontal two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection has a 22%to 91% higher capacity per unit volume than the semi-hermetic piston compressor,and the EER is increased by 17%to 31%.The discharge temperature is reduced 45%to 72%,so the two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection with greater technical advantages.
