低温工况下双级增焓转子式压缩机与半封闭活塞压缩机的性能对比实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了R404A卧式双级增焓转子式压缩机与半封闭式活塞压缩机的特点,并在低温工况下进行性能对比实验。测试结果表明:在蒸发温度为-20℃,冷凝温度20℃~60℃的工况下,与半封闭式活塞压缩机相比,卧式双级增焓转子式压缩机的单位容积制冷量提高22%~91%,EER提高17%~31%,排气温度降低45%~72%,具有较大的技术优势。 This paper analyzes the characteristics of R404A horizontal two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection and semi- hermetic piston compressor,and was experimentally researched under low temperature conditions.The results show that the evaporation temperature is -20℃ and the condensation temperature is 20℃ ~60℃,the horizontal two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection has a 22%to 91% higher capacity per unit volume than the semi-hermetic piston compressor,and the EER is increased by 17%to 31%.The discharge temperature is reduced 45%to 72%,so the two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection with greater technical advantages.
