丙烷预冷系统的设计优化

摘要 本文对液化天然气过程中丙烷预冷流程进行简单介绍,分析了压缩机运行参数对丙烷预冷系统性能的影响;重点分析了风冷式换热器(油冷却器和冷凝器)在设计和安装中应注意的问题。风冷式油冷却器安装位置高有利于保证油冷却器进风量和进风面积,但会增加油测阻力降、油泵的油循环量和油泵功率。将并联风冷冷凝器的落液管改为U型弯管有利于平衡并联冷凝器两侧压差,可有效避免冷凝液在风冷冷凝器中的积存、减小冷凝器换热面积、降低换热性能。 The propane pre-cooling process in the process of liquefied natural gas is briefly introduced in this paper.The influence of compressor operating parameters on the performance of propane pre-cooling system is analyzed.Issues in the design and installation of air-cooled heat exchangers (oil Coolers and condensers) are analyzed.The high installation position of air-cooling oil coolers is conducive to ensure the air inlet and inlet area of the oil cooler.But it also increases the resistance drop and c_irculation,and the pump power.Changing the falling pipe of the parallel air-cooled condenser to the U-shaped elbow is beneficial to balance the pressure difference between the two sides of the parallel condenser,which can effectively avoid the accumulation of condensate in the air-cooled condenser,reduce the heat exchange area of the condenser,and reduce heat transfer performance.
