摘要
干旱灾害严重影响区域的水资源安全,已成为中国大范围的一种慢性自然灾害,对于国民经济和社会生活有着很大程度的制约影响。文章结合泾惠渠灌区的多水源供给模式,建立起灌区供需双侧的干旱危机诊断指标体系,通过验证计算分析在多水源供给下灌区干旱体系诊断的合理性以及预警体系的适宜性,所得成果对指导实际具有一定参考价值。
Drought disasters have influenced seriously the safety of regional water resources and become a kind of chronic natural disaster in many places of China,limiting the national economy and social living greatly. Combined with the supply model of variable water sources in Jinghui Channel irrigation district,this study was to establish an diagnosis index system of drought crisis with two sides of supply and demand in the irrigation district,by verifying,to calculate and analyze the rationality of drought system diagnosis of irrigation district under supply from variable water sources and suitability of early-warning system,the results obtained would be valuable for guiding the works on-site.
