摘要 当前中国的职业女性在国民经济发展中占有越来越重要的地位,伴随市场经济的日益竞争,妇女地位与女性主体意识的不断提高,职业女性也面临前所未有的挑战。如何提升职业女性的安全感,让新中国成立以来逐步实现的男女平等在我国得以不断发展,让中国职业女性拥有安全感、获得感、幸福感,在世界上露面发声不仅是新时代女性,同样也是社会管理者的责任。故此提出三点建议:一是政府与相关部门应加大社会资本的支持力度,一个女人扛不起一个社会。二是职业女性应及时调整性别角色,妥善协调家与业、刚与柔、变与恒、亲与疏等方面的关系,以适应复杂多变的环境。三是职业女性多用实力说话,多出成绩;以发展个体,幸福家庭,实现社会的稳定与和谐。 Currently,working women take an increasingly important role in economic development.As the market becomes more competitive,women's status and their subjective initiative keep enhancing.Therefore working women face great challenges.Hence it is the responsibility of administrators to improve security,gender equality for those working women and endow them fulfilled life. Here are some suggestions.First of all,governmental departments should support with more social capital to help women take more responsibilities.Secondly,working women should adjust their roles between career and family to fit the changing environment.Last but not the least,working women should let their work speak for themselves.The self-improvement and happy families can make a harmonious and stable society.
