Yiwu is a county-level city in China that is known around the world as a small commodity distribution center. By studying how to promote the development of volunteer workers, social workers and volunteers to innovate social governance, YiWu has a typical demonstration effect on the strategy of "promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity", which put forward by the third plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China.
