摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)患者的肌电图特征及在临床诊断中的作用。方法:对330例DPN患者进行肌电图检测,包括运动及感觉神经传导测定、F波、H反射等项目。结果:DPN患者的肌电图检查结果感觉神经异常多于运动神经,下肢神经损害多于上肢;主要表现为双下肢运动及感觉神经异常,其中运动神经异常以远端运动神经损害多见。结论:在疑似DPN患者的诊断中,运用神经肌电图检测可提高确诊率,并可反映患者各条神经的异常情况,对临床诊断具有较高的价值。 Objective..To explore the neurophysiological characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and its clinical value.Methods:The electroneurophysiological data of 330 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,including motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity,F and H waves were observed.Results :The sensory nerve abnormalities in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significantly higher than that in motor nerves,and the nerve damage in the lower limb was more serious than that in the upper.Motor and sensory nerve abnormalities were mainly found in both lower Iimbs.And motor nerve abnormalities were more common with distal motor nerve damage.Conclusion:.In the diagnosis of patients with DPN,neuroelectromyography can improve the diagnosis rate and reflect the abnormalities of various nerves in patients with a high clinical value.
