摘要
哈尔滨万达滑雪场是目前全球最大的室内滑雪场。建筑面积约8.6万m^2,其中雪面面积约6.4万m^2,为超大跨度结构,造型独特,结构复杂超限,设计难点较多。主要阐述超大室内滑雪场结构设计的特殊关键技术问题,其中包括荷载取值、设计标准、结构体系的形成、结构抗扭、抗偏心优化,雪道楼面抗拉设计,雪道基层抗滑移试验及设计,低温钢结构性能研究,基础抗不均匀竖向力、水平力设计及超常规节点设计原则等,并提出了施工模拟分析、施工监测及健康监测等系列措施,保证结构的安全性和合理性,可供室内雪场类结构设计参考。
Wanda Ski Center in Harbin is the largest indoor ski resort in the world, which covers a total floor area of 86 000 m^2, of which snow surface area covers about 64 000 m^2. The building is a super-long span structure with unique shape, and its out-of-code structure is complex, so many design difficulties exist. The special key technical problems of structural design of super-large indoor ski resort were mainly expounded, including load value, design standard, structural system formation, structural torsion and eccentricity optimization, tensile design of ski run floor, anti-sliding test and design on ski run base, research on performance of steel structure at low temperature, non-uniform vertical force and horizontal force design on foundation, super-conventional node design principles, etc. And a series of measures were put forward such as construction simulation analysis, construction monitoring and health monitoring to ensure the safety and rationality of the structure, which provide reference for design of indoor snow structures.
