摘要 首钢京唐炼铁作业部根据点火炉内烧结料面的热量接受状况,引入了烧结料面受热强度的概念,将其作为烧结点火效果的评价标准。同时,结合其烧结燃料的燃烧特性,对其550m^2烧结机的点火制度进行研究分析,优化调整操作参数,在稳定烧结矿质量的同时降低点火煤气消耗,从而达到节能降耗的目的。 Based on the heat receiving condition of sintering material surface within the ignition furnace,the concept of heating strength of sintering surface is introduced by the operation department of Jiangtang Iron-making,which is used as the evaluation standard of sintering ignition effect.At the same time,in combination with the combustion characteristics of sintering fuels,the ignition system of the 550m^2 sinter machine is studied and analyzed,and the operating parameters are optimized and adjusted,the ignition gas consumption is reduced while the stability of sinter quality is stabilized,so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
