Online Catering Takeout Development,Urban Environmental Negative Externalities and Waste Regulation

近年来,在线餐饮外卖呈几何式发展,在给居民带来快速便捷的人性化服务的同时,所产生的外卖垃圾也对城市环境造成极大的负外部性影响。依据相关数据运用GM(1,1)模型和Tobit模型做进一步检验,可以发现:在线餐饮外卖垃圾已经对城市造成极强的负外部性。为此,首先必须借鉴世界各国的经验,然后立足中国在线餐饮外卖垃圾实际,设计出符合中国国情的在线餐饮外卖垃圾监管路径。

In recent years,the online catering takeout is developing by geometric type. It gives the residents the rapid and convenient humanized service at the same time and the take-away junk also greatly negatively externality effects the urban environment. According to the related data,we used GM( 1,1) model and Tobit model do for further inspection,and found: online eating take-away junk has caused strong negative externality to the urban areas. Therefore,first of all we must draw lessons from the advanced experience of countries all over the world,and then we have to design the online food take-away junk regulatory path which accords with the situation of China,based on the actual situation of Chinese food take-away junk online.
